The hotel had good-sized rooms with 2 bathrooms, clean, and situated in a nice location at a private bay. There were different pools, a good selection of food, and enjoyable activities like mini disco and daycare. However, the soundproofing wasn't adequate.

The service was friendly, with Luidmilla from guest relations doing her best to assist. However, the manager was somewhat rude, and the territory was very small. The cleaning of the bathroom was not done daily, only the floor was wiped.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The family room was spacious with 2 bathrooms, and the WiFi worked perfectly. The location by a private bay was lovely, and there were different pools to enjoy. The food selection was great, and the mini disco and daycare were fantastic. Luidmilla from guest relations went above and beyond to assist us, which made our stay memorable.
